PINA’s Legal Researches Department receives the applications regarding the execution of Timely Orders and Verdicts after fulfilling the following conditions:

Timely Orders.
|
- Applications submitted to execute timely orders that are accompanied with the court sentence executive formula are accepted provided that they are submitted within the specified legal period (30 days starting from the sentence issuance date) by the applicant himself or his proxy. In such a case, the person against whom the certificate is issued should be notified.
|
Verdicts
|
- Other applications on verdicts’ execution are submitted by the applicant or his official proxy as soon as these verdicts become final.
|
|
|
|
|
|
