Police Academy has always been keen on hosting cadets and officers from Arab, Islamic, African and friendly states and availing them the opportunity to study at its colleges, institutes and research centre. The Academy’s major objective, in that regard, is to provide those cadres with the security and legal knowledge needed to assist in furthering security in their respective countries.

Police College is the pioneer police scientific and training institution in the Arab World. Graduates of the College from Arab and friendly states have contributed in the establishment of security bodies in their home countries and effectively participated in furthering peace and order therein.

The College organizes special two-year study course for Arab and Non-Egyptian students. The curricula and duration of this course fits the needs of the cadets and the security agencies in the sending states. The College also allows those who wish to apply to the basic four-year study system to join provided that they meet the same requirements applicable to Egyptian cadets.

In 1994 / 1995, Police College assisted in preparing and qualifying Palestinian police cadres. The total number of Palestinian trainees amounted to (160) officers. 52 specialized officers in the fields of medicine, law and engineering were among the graduate groups. The College graduates formed the core of the Palestinian Police Force that was immediately deployed in Gaza, Jericho and the new Palestinian State after the implementation of the peace treaty.

The vital role of Police College is well known on the African arena as it contributes in the training and qualification of hundreds of African police and security officers; rendering them fully capable of interacting with the contemporary security events and dealing with the latest scientific & technological progress.
