A. Diplomas:

The study system includes four diplomas:

  • Police Administration Diploma.
  • Criminal Sciences Diploma.
  • Public Security Diploma, and Crisis and Disasters
    Management Diploma.

 

B. Scientific Degrees:

Master Degree :


The Academy Board grants the Master Degree in Police Sciences to the officer who obtains two diplomas of the above mentioned; or one of such diplomas plus a post-graduate diploma from one of the Egyptian or equivalent foreign universities which the Academy Board recognizes as relevant to Police Sciences.


Ph.D. Degree

The Academy Board grants the Ph.D. Degree in Police Sciences after the officer who obtained the Master degree submits a scientific thesis in one of the areas of policing. This is done according to the following conditions: -Passing the qualifying test six months after the authorization of the Master Degree, where the qualifying tests are held twice a year in March and October.
Submitting a request to be registered to obtain the Ph.D. in the term following his success in the qualifying test. -The thesis must be discussed two years – as a minimum – after the registration.
