Mubarak discusses developments in Darfur, Lebanon, Mediterranean cooperation in three important meetings

President Hosni Mubarak received on Sunday 2/11/2008 a verbal message from the Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir on the Darfur problem and the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement. Visiting Sudanese Foreign Minister Deng Alor conveyed the message at his meeting with President Mubarak at the presidential headquarters in Heliopolis.

Alor said he posted the President on a forum on the People of Sudan's Initiative which aims at finding a common ground between the Sudanese government and the rebel movements in Darfur to find a peaceful solution to the Darfur crisis.
