 Inauguration

This library was built at the latest international design and is considered a scientific event and an added cultural value.

 

The library includes more than thirty thousand

publications in the different branches of knowledge: Law, Police and Culture (in the three main languages: Arabic, English and French). These publications are distributed in a number of halls equipped with the most sophisticated scientific methods

 

Law and Police Book Hall

It includes about 16000 books and references in all branches of legal and police knowledge. It also contains a number of encyclopedias in the field of legal principles and judgments of Cassation Court which might be of benefit to researchers and scholars in the different fields

 

General Knowledge Book Hall

The hall is designed and equipped to host researchers and cadets who wish to read about general subjects related to specializations other than law subjects such as; Economics , Communication , Philosophy , Psychology , Sociology , Religions , Demography , Astronomy and Medicine . The hall comprises more than 9200 books in the field of general knowledge.

 

Foreign Languages Book Hall

It includes about 2500 books in English, and about 1150 books in French in topics related to Law, Police Sciences and general knowledge.

 

Internet Hall

The hall is equipped with an adequate number of computers linked to the Internet in order to log on international police websites such as INTERPOL and Police Colleges in different countries.

 

International Libraries Network Hall

It is equipped with a number of computers connected to the Internet to facilitate access to the sites of international libraries such as Congress Library, Alexandria Library …etc.

 

Conferences and Seminars Hall
In which meetings, seminars and conferences on up-to-date issues are held and where various modern scientific technologies are utilized. Implementing the scientific goals and achieving the best benefit from the library, the College designed a new subject (Research Curricula) to be taught to the cadets with the assistance of the teaching staff.
