Absentees

The absentee’s relatives should go to the police station located at the district of absence to report the incident and give statements about the absentee’s personal particulars and identity data, his physical descriptions, characteristics and distinguished marks, his health condition and description of his clothes and personal belongings, date, time and circumstances of absence, last time he/ she was seen, places frequented by him/ her and to provide his/ her personal photo.

If the absentee returns, or if he/she was found, located, someone guided to his/ her whereabouts or if any further information were known about him/ her, the nearest police station should be informed to take all necessary measures in this connection.

Missing / Amnesiac Persons

| If a missing / amnesiac person is found, he/she is to be delivered to the nearest police station where a report including statements about the circumstances and ambiguities of his/ her being found is to be written down, the security directorate is to be contacted, or the website be notified and accordingly an official will be directed to take all necessary measures in this connection. |
